Technology empowering human services
Ozion’s new ambition for Vigigo is in the spotlight. In its 15 October 2026 edition, En Toute Sécurité features an interview with Romain Théret, CEO of Ozion, discussing the company’s vision for security operations software and the future of Vigigo.
Published in Issue No. 838, page 5, the interview highlights an important direction for Ozion: combining the proximity and agility of an independent French software company with the technology needed to support demanding security operations in France and internationally.
For more than 20 years, Ozion has developed software for environments where operational visibility, real-time coordination and responsiveness are essential. Our experience spans both aviation and security, two sectors where teams must organize missions, respond to change and maintain reliable service delivery.
This cross-sector expertise shapes the continued development of Vigigo, Ozion’s security operations software range. Lessons learned in complex aviation environments strengthen our approach to security operations, while the realities of site security continue to influence how we design our products.
Our ambition for Vigigo is to bring together two strengths that are too often seen separately: the close client relationships and flexibility of an independent software provider, and the technical capabilities required for complex operations across multiple sites.
Effective security operations depend on clear information and coordinated action. Security officers, service providers and client organizations need tools to manage missions, track incidents, document actions and understand what is happening on site. Vigigo is designed to support these everyday needs while adapting to different operational contexts.
For Ozion, innovation means making technology useful to the people working in the field, with solutions that evolve alongside their responsibilities and requirements.
As Ozion continues to expand the Vigigo range, our goal remains the same: provide practical, adaptable security software backed by close collaboration with our clients and a strong understanding of the operations we support.
